Wells for the Villages of the Western and North-western Provinces of Cameroon

Baligham Well No. 1

For approximately £375 we can sponsor a locally manufactured, locally maintainable well, like the one pictured above, recently installed in the village of Baligham.  We have seen wells which have fallen into disrepair and disuse because they have used materials and methods which are not indigenous.  Our desire is to provide sustainable equipment to allow the villagers to be independent of outside support.

We are in the process of commissioning wells in villages in the Western and North-western Provinces of Cameroon, sponsored by local churches, youth groups, schools, businesses and individuals in the UK.
